Serhiy Gusovsky, head of the ‘Samopomich' (Self-help) party faction in the Kyiv City Council, talks with Ukraine Today about his perspectives of transforming Ukraine’s capital.

Ambitious and motivated rival of the current Kyiv Mayor Klitschko, Gusovsky tells Ukraine Today that battling corruption, disclosing city budgets, and modernizing the city’s transport links are the top three priorities for the development of the capital.
