EU ministers of foreign affairs will hold a video conference on April 22 to discuss, among other issues, the current situation in Ukraine.

"Ministers will assess the EU policies and approach towards the Eastern Neighbourhood in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ministers will focus particularly on Ukraine and the Eastern Partnership region," the Council of the European Union said on its website.

Under current affairs, ministers will focus on recent international developments, particularly related to the follow-up to the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and will also touch upon the situation in Libya.

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell will chair the video conference.
