Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has wished Queen Elizabeth II a happy birthday.
"On behalf of all Ukrainians, I have the pleasure to convey warm greetings to Her Majesty The Queen on Her Majesty's Birthday!" the Ukrainian leader said on Twitter on April 21.

According to him, the Queen is a "symbol of courage, faith & devotion."
"I wish Her Majesty & all Britons good health, harmony & well-being #HappyBirthdayHerMajesty," he said.
The Queen is ringing in her 94th birthday without any of the usual pomp or party this year as the world is seeing the coronavirus crisis.
The monarch asked that there be no gun salutes to mark her special day and has chosen not to celebrate.
