The majority of electoral headquarters have passed on to a direct buying of votes in the course of the electoral campaign in Kyiv.
Kost Bondarenko, director of Gorshenin Institute, has disclosed this to UNIAN.
According to him, Gorshenin Institute carried out a telephone poll in Kyiv, to find out who of Mayoral election campaign participants proposes bribes to Kyiv residents for their votes. The poll indicated that the majority of electoral HQ have passed on to a direct bribing of electors, the expert said.
“This means, as of today, the matter does not concern the competitiveness of political programs or personalities – representatives of these or that political forces. At present, the Kyiv campaign is boiling down to a struggle of bribing technologies”, K.Bondarenko said to UNIAN.
According to the information of Gorshenin Institute, the cost of a vote at the Kyiv mayoral election climbs up to US $100.
