The today’s actions of BYuT are aimed at carrying out early presidential election. Party of Regions faction lawmaker Oleksander Yefremov claimed this to UNIAN.
According to him, “we surmised this variant as early as when the parliamentary majority was formed. Unfortunately, we did not mistaken”.
In the opinion of the lawmaker, the today’s developments in parliament indicate that a mechanism was launched to achieve an early presidential election.
O.Yefremov noted that the today’s situation also shows the absence of understanding inside the coalition. According to him, the work of parliament is blocked “under a far-fetched reason of struggle for the chair of the State Property Fund chief”.
He claimed that the majority of lawmakers do not support the actions of BYuT.
