Yushchenko calls on government to form transparent prices policy

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko calls on the government to form a transparent gas prices policy at the internal market.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Victor Yushchenko claimed this to a press conference in the Verkhovna Rada today.

Victor Yushchenko stressed that the situation in Naftohaz Ukrayiny exigently needs an analysis. “You know, the prices, including internal prices on gas, produced in Ukraine, have been unprofitable since a long time ago for the key national monopoly”, Victor Yushchenko said.

He stressed that the practice of administrative prices formation at different markets, including the gas one, “causes colossal problems for future”.
