"In the period between 20:13 and 20:14 Kyiv time on November 16, militants fired from MLRS Grad on residential areas of the village of Krasnohorivka, and between 20:40 and 20:56 – on the residential areas of the village of Horniak in Donetsk region. 12 missiles were fired," reads the statement.
The recroded evidence of attackswas handed over to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission.
Now the Ukrainian side to the JCCC is set to propose consideration and thorough investigation of this violation of the Minsk agreements within the framework of the Tripartite Liaison Group.
