Although Russia said at the recent G20 meeting in Antaliya that it is willing to make concessions on reconstructing Ukraine's debt during the G20 summit, no concrete actions have been taken, Ukraine Today reports.

Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said the new offer will allow Ukraine to pay one billion U.S. dollars a year from 2016 to 2018, given the precondition that the deal is vouched for by the U.S., E.U., or a large bank.
