Presidential Secretariat works out plan to dismiss Tymoshenko’s government - Lutsenko
He called on politicians to behave fairly
Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko does not rule out that the Presidential Secretariat is working out a plan to dismiss the government of Yulia Tymoshenko.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Yuri Lutsenko claimed this at a press conference in Kyiv, addressing President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, the coalition of democratic forces, and also electors, who voted for democratic forces.
“The scenario of government’s resignation is pressing, it has been worked out”, Yuri Lutsenko said, adding that this scenario may be implemented “by means of an NSDC decision and with support of parliament”.
Yuri Lutsenko called on higher officials, who do not like the Yulia Tymoshenko’s government, and who have intent to get rid of it, to tell frankly about it, without violating the law. “If today the work of government is sabotaged and undermined, say frankly: we want another [government]. It would be fairly”, Yuri Lutsenko said.
At the same time, he expressed a belief that the coalition should hold a session to consider the current political situation.
He also believes that shortly other politicians will make statements, similar to his.
