During the first 100 days of its work, the government of Yulia Tymoshenko received more than 800 instructions and orders from the Presidential Secretariat.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Hryhoriy Nemyrya claimed this at a press conference in the Cabinet of Ministers today.

“As far as I know, during the first 100 days of work, the government received more than 800 instructions and orders from the Presidential Secretariat. It is more than eight per day, that is, every working hour the government received one and a half instruction”, H.Nemyrya said, adding: “This is unmatched in the world. If it happens, not only the government, but everybody suffers”.

The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the Council for National Security and Defense of Ukraine, as well as the Presidential Secretariat, must fulfill the functions, stipulated for them in the Ukrainian Constitution.

“A problem occurs when such technical, or advisory, structures, undertake authorities that are not proper for them – constitutionally illegal or political functions. In this case, it is dangerous not from the point of view of certain personalities, but from the point of view of health democracy in Ukraine. In fact, it hampers the quality of democracy in Ukraine”, H.Nemyrya believes.
