Sanctions keep Russia at negotiating table – Poroshenko
Sanctions against Russia are working and keep it at the negotiating table, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands on Friday.
"The sanctions are working, they help to keep Russia at the negotiating table," he said.
According to Poroshenko, it would be impossible without sanctions.
