Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko states that she would watch closely over activity of the newly-appointed judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, according to the government’s press-office. She stated today, at the instance of journalists, commenting upon the appointment of new judges of the CCU.

Yulia Tymoshenko noted that it is early to draw conclusions about efficiency changes in the Constitutional Court’s activity in the connection of its composition changes, inasmuch as new judges are appointed only today. “We’ll see in the nearest future the efficiency of their work but I can’t forecast how this will be,” Yulia Tymoshenko noted.

At the same time she stated about intention to comment upon every decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in case it will be unjust. “You know I tend to call a spade a spade in politics. I bear discomfort of it and I do not gain friends in politics but our team and I as head of the team, still have courage to call a spade a spade, including unacceptable,” Yulia Tymoshenko announced.
