Poroshenko demands Russia's repressions against Crimean Tatars stop

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko stressed that Russia's shameful policy of political and ideolgical repressions against the Crimean Tatars must be stopped, an UNIAN correspondent reported from Poroshenko's joint press conference with his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda.

“I am confident that we must stop the shameful policy of Russia – repressions based on political and ideological grounds against Crimean Tatars in Crimea and representatives of Ukrainian community that are persecuted just for being Ukrainians,” the President of Ukraine noted.
