According to an UNIAN correspondent, OU-PSD faction leader Vyachelsav Kyrylenko claimed this in an interview to journalists today.
According to him, today’s applications of the two lawmakers about leaving the coalition “show a start of bad processes”.
In the opinion of V.Kyrylenko, this position of Yu.But and I.Rybakov is a treason of interests of their electors.
At the same time, he believes that this event will not have any legal consequences. V.Kyrylenko recalled that, in line with the Constitution and legislation, the decision to create or dissolve the coalition is made only by factions, and a one-person decision about leaving the coalition will not influence its activities.
V.Kyrylenko also stressed that, taking into account the current situation, it is necessary to consider the draft law on imperative mandate as soon as possible.
