Mykola Katerynchuk, member of parliament and chairman of the executive committee of People’s Union Our Ukraine party, speaks for dissolving the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he claimed this to a news conference in Kyiv today.

“As of today, the President has all political and legal grounds to dissolve the parliament”, M.Katerynchuk said.
He explained that the fact that the parliament failed to form a government within 60 days, gives legal grounds for dissolving the parliament. At the same time, a political ground is that political forces should bear responsibility for fulfilling their undertakings after the elections.
