President`s Deputy Chief of Staff did not specify the reason

Chairmen of the Oblast State Administrations will not take part in the today’s session of government.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, President’s Deputy Chief of Staff Oleksander Shlapak claimed this to journalists today.

“Today there will be no governors”, he said.

At the same time, he did not specify the reasons due to which the governors will not attend the today’s session of the Cabinet of Ministers.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers invited governors to attend its session on June 18, to hear their reports about prices situation in regions.

In particular, the government invited Dnipropetrovsk Oblast governor Victor Bondar, Donetsk Oblast governor Volodymyr Lohvynenko, acting governor of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast Oleksander Starukh, acting governor of the Sumy Oblast Mykola Lavryk, and Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetskiy.
