"We've raised the issue regarding certain persons, Russian half-done oligarchs, as I call them, who are in contact with the Ukrainian political elite, who can hardly be called so and who work to destabilize the situation," Yatsenyuk said.

"They steal money from the budget and then use it mainly to finance the anti-Ukrainian political forces and then report to the Russian FSB Security Service, like Grigorishin does, a Russian citizen, who has been living from the Ukrainian energy sector in the past decade. He is a certified [FSB] agent."

Earlier, Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov told Energy Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn at a cabinet meeting on January 13 that he saw signs that state company Ukrenergo had acted in favor of Russian businessman Konstantin Grigorishin at tenders called to buy transformers worth more than UAH 2 billion.
