People’s Self-Defense faction lawmaker Kyrylo Kulykov believes that Kyiv Council Secretary Oles Dovhy must become an object of interest for a military commissariat. He said this in an interview with the People’s Self-Defense web site, commenting on the interrogation of O.Dovhy by investigators of the Interior Ministry.
“As for me, a military commissariat must for sure summon Dovhy and ask why he did not serve in the army. And to call up him for military service. The young man must be shaved, his hair cut, and he must be dressed in a military uniform – let him work for the country”, Kyrylo Kulykov said.
Commenting on the interrogation of O.Dovhy by investigators of the Interior Ministry, the lawmaker said it is up to investigator to summon people for interrogation – either as witnesses, or as victims, or as suspects.
