Asked whether his actions are connected with similar actions of the Party of Regions, the Kyiv Mayor said: “It is not connected at all with any statements of any parties”.

Asked by a journalist whether his statement was a mere PR-action, L.Chernovetskiy said: “PR is when there is an audience, and you communicate directly with them. It is the best PR-action. Take any my speech at a square, you will feel bad of what you will see. I hear every Kyiv resident and try to do my best. This is my PR-action”, the Kyiv Mayor said.
