Russia refuses to participate in meeting of Minsk Contact Group – media

The Russian side refused to participate in the meeting of the Tripartite Liaison Group in Belarusian capital Minsk on February 10, according to Ukrainska Pravda newspaper citing its sources close to OSCE.

As earlier reported, the Russian representative in the Contact Group on Donbas settlement Boris Gryzlov said on Monday that, if necessary, he will come to such meeting on any given day.

The meeting of the foreign ministers of the Normandy Four is scheduled for this week.
