Crimea occupation: Putin back at "crime scene"
Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived on the island of Tuzla in Crimea, where he plans to visit the construction site of a transport passage through the Kerch Strait, according to RIA Novisti.
Before arriving on the island, Putin inspected the construction site from a helicopter.
During a trip to Crimea, he will also hold a meeting on the development of the region.
