"At 22:00 Kyiv time on April 28, the UN Security Council will gather for an open meeting, which has been initiated by Ukraine's Permanent Mission to the UN in keeping with my instructions," Poroshenko tweeted on Wednesday.

In his words, the meeting will focus on escalation in Donbas and Russia's failure to implement the Minsk peace agreements.
