"We reached an agreement in principle on undertaking mutual steps to simplify the travelling regime for (our) citizens, as well as worked out key joint actions on visa liberalization and effective interaction between the countries' relevant agencies to provide appropriate assistance to citizens abroad," said the statement, according to Ukraine Today.

The event featured representatives the Foreign Ministry, Interior Ministry, State Border Service Administration, the National Police, the Security Service, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the State Migration Service.
