EU concerned Rada "almost paralyzed"
Head of the European Union Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski has voiced concern over the fact that the work of the Ukrainian Parliament was being blocked lately.
Comments came during a presentation of the first systemic report “Ukraine and the Association Agreement: Monitoring of Implementation in 2014-2016” drafted by the Ukrainian Center for European Policy, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
