Poroshenko creates new military and civil administration in Luhansk region

"To create a military and civil administration of the villages of Nyzhnia Vilkhova, Verkhnia Vilkhova, Malynove, Plotyna and Pshenychne of Stanytsia Luhanska district of Luhansk region," Decree No. 329 issued on August 11 stated.

These settlements form the Vilkhivskiy village council.

The decree comes into effect from the date of its publication.
