Kyiv Oblast governor Vira Ulianchenko forecasts building a new political elite in Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, she disclosed to journalists that the new political period will be rather interesting, as a strong opposition will form in Ukraine. In addition, new powerful political figures will enter the political arena.
According to V.Ulianchenko, among the MPs of the current convocation of the Verkhovna Rada, “there are interesting young people”. She mentioned Our Ukraine members Ksenia Liapina and Mykola Katerynchuk. “It seems to me there are also many young interesting people in the Block of Yushchenko”, V.Ulianchenko said, having mentioned Yevhen Suslov (Mayor of Skvyra town of the Kyiv Oblast - UNIAN).
Besides, she believes the Party of Regions also has many young businessmen with a serious education. “It seems to me a new political elite will grow at this level”, she said.
