Minsk accords need urgent progress: Merkel
All parties need to urgently make progress in the implementation of the Minsk agreements, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said in an interview with Rhein-Nektar Zeitung.
"The process continues. The Minsk agreements remain the basis for our ongoing efforts. They are recognized by all parties," she stated.
