UK will not compromise on sovereignty of Ukraine: Johnson
London will not make concessions on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, British Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Boris Johnson posted on Twitter.
"Productive first meeting with Ukraine FM Pavlo Klimkin. UK will not compromise on sovereignty of any part of Ukraine," he tweeted, following his interaction with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin during a meeting of foreign ministers of the OSCE countries in Germany.
The meeting was scheduled at the behest of German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the United Kingdom will continue to keep up the pressure on Russia, urging Moscow to implement the agreements within the framework of the Minsk process and calling for the country's return to the international legal framework.
