Court lifts ban on snap parliamentary poll

On October 17, the Central District Administrative Court of Kyiv cancelled the ruling of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, which had suspended the President’s decree on dissolving the Verkhovna Rada of the VI convocation and announcing a snap poll.

The President’s press-office has disclosed this to UNIAN referring to the information of Ruslan Kyryliuk, President’s representative to courts of Ukraine.

R.Kyryliuk stressed that at present there are no obstacles for carrying out a snap parliamentary poll in Ukraine.
