Threat of destabilization in Kharkiv remains – chief of Poroshenko’s staff
Head of Presidential Administration, former head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Ihor Rainin has told TV Channel 24 the threat of destabilization in Kharkiv remains if no measures are taken.
"If no measures are taken and nothing is done, then, of course, there is," he said, answering the question whether there is a threat of destabilization in Kharkiv today.
"As for the Kharkiv region, we have adopted three programs – "Anti-Terror ", (civil) security program, and the program of territorial defense," said Rainin.

As UNIAN reported earlier, President Petro Poroshenko in late August appointed Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Ihor Rainin Head of the Presidential Administration.
