Poroshenko appoints Umanskiy freelance adviser
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed former First Deputy Minister of Finance Ihor Umanskiy his freelance adviser.
A respective decree was published on the official website of the President of Ukraine.

Ihor Umanskiy was appointed as First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine in December 2014, but in December 2015 he submitted a letter of resignation. He did not agree with the policy pursued by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
