As UNIAN reported earlier, a face-off between OU-PSD and BYuT MPs took place in the chamber of parliament on October 29. In particular, BYuT MP Oleh Lyashko blamed the OU-PSD faction for voting with cards of its absent members. After that, BYuT faction representatives approached the seats occupied by the OU-PSD faction in the session hall and began to pull out cards from the voting system at the seats where lawmakers were really absent. At that time, a BYuT lawmaker and OU-PSD lawmaker Andriy Parubiy came to blows.
