Poroshenko first to arrive at Merkel’s residence for Normandy Four talks

The Head of the Ukrainian State was the first of the invited leaders to arrive.

Chancellor Merkel welcomed the Ukrainian president on the porch. After the two leaders shook hands, Merkel welcomed Poroshenko to come inside the residence.

As of the moment, unconfirmed reports claim that the Russian leader is once again late for the meeting.

It is expected that only the German Chancellor and the French President will talk to the press following talks.
