Russia wants to see united Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders - Peskov
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has argued that Russia is interested in Ukraine's maintaining its internationally recognized borders.
"We all have a shared interest in ensuring that the Minsk agreements do not remain meaningless pieces of paper. And Russia is interested because, as President Putin has stated many times, we want to see a stable, prosperous, friendly and predictable Ukraine, as the people of our two countries are close, whatever may have been," Peskov told a Russian TV channel yesterday, October 22.
When asked about Ukraine's internationally recognized borders, Peskov said: "Of course, we all are interested in that."
