According to UNIAN correspondent reporting from the courtroom, the judge announced his decision after the hearing held behind closed doors.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on September 30, the Russian FSB detained Roman Sushchenko, a correspondent of Ukrinform news agency, in Moscow, labeling him a Ukrainian “intelligence officer” who allegedly "deliberately collected classified information on the activities of the armed forces and the national guard of the Russian Federation."
