Yushchenko allows governors to travel to Tymoshenko?

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko has signed Decree “On Declaring Invalid the Decree of the President of Ukraine Dated February 11, 2008, #117 “On Business Travels of Ukrainian Governors Within the Bounds of Ukraine”.

The text of the respective decree dated November 18 was posted at the official web site of the President.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the decree #117, dated February 11, forbade governors to leave the bounds of their regions without a permit of the President.
