The Verkhovna Rada session has closed. The regular session of parliament will take place on December 2.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 302 MPs out of 441 registered in the session hall voted for this.

Before this decision was passed, lawmakers tried to vote for several times for an interval for half and hour and for two days. However, these proposals were not supported.

The BYuT faction and Communists proposed to consider today a draft anti-crisis legislation, and to postpone the voting on Speaker for a later period. However, this proposal was not put for voting.

Closing  the Thursday’s session of parliament, top deputy Speaker Oleksander Lavrynovych claimed that the regular session will take place on December 2 at 10.00 a.m.. Lawmakers will work in their electoral disctricts till that time.
