The council of “People’s Union “Our Ukraine” political party, at its session on 5 April, approved of the protocol of intentions of the democratic forces coalition.
UNIAN was informed about this at the Our Ukraine press-service.
The text of the protocol reads that the intention of Our Ukraine, the Block of Yulia Tymoshenko and the Socialist Party of Ukraine, to unite is based upon the desire to fulfill the program of President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, aimed at providing a stable social-economic growth and improving the welfare of citizens, establishing the civic society, guaranteeing human rights and freedoms, free development of business and private initiatives, and the invariability of the Euro-integration processes.
The protocol also stipulates creating a working group for preparing the draft agreement on the coalition of deputy factions in the Verkhovna Rada of the fifth convocation.
The text of the agreement is expected to contain program and organizational aims of the coalition activities.
