"I consider this the first priority. This is the key element of victory in a hybrid war Russia unleashed against us. It is important that we now have an opportunity to restore broadcast," he noted.
"This is conducted in full compliance with Ukrainian international legislation and nobody has the right to prevent us from broadcasting on our Ukrainian land," the Head of State stressed as he took part in a ceremony of the opening of a transmission tower on Karachun Mountain in liberated Sloviansk.
