Consultations on Speaker`s candidacy continue...
An interval till Thursday has been announced in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, 340 MPs out of 440 registered in the session hall, voted for this.
Oleksander Lavrynovych, top deputy Speaker who chairs parliamentary sessions, noted that during the interval MPs should hold consultations relating a Speaker’s candidacy and work over anti-crisis legislation.
As of today, none of the faction has announced ready to elect the Speaker, O.Lavrynovych emphasized.
Besides, the top deputy Speaker stressed, 26 draft laws had been registered in parliament, and only one of them was discussed at a committee session.
O.Lavrynovych asked committee heads to carry out a full-fledged consideration of draft anti-crisis legislation.
