An agreement on the reform of the public administration system is expected to be signed among other documents, Tochytskyi said, Radio Liberty reported.

"At the meeting, we will certainly talk about prospects. We have about ten agreements for signing that will focus on further facilitation of reform in Ukraine. In particular, an agreement will be signed to reform public administration ... [We plan] the signing of agreements on funding under cross-border cooperation programs," he said.

In addition, the sides are to sign agreements to raise loans for the financing of higher education in Ukraine.

The third meeting of the EU-Ukraine Association Council will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on December 19.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman was originally scheduled to head a Ukrainian delegation. However, some media outlets reported he had cancelled his visit to Brussels, and the Ukrainian delegation would be led by First Deputy Prime Minister Stepan Kubiv.
