Kyiv Mayor says he doesn't care a damn

Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetskiy told journalists that he “doesn’t care a damn” about the Kyiv Council’s moratorium on rise in public utilities tariffs for capital residents in the first quarter of the year 2009.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Kyiv City Council adopted as a basis the decision to impose a moratorium on the rise in public utilities tariffs for Kyiv residents in Q1 of 2009. 118 members of the Kyiv Council voted for this decision.
