Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko arrived to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to take part in the presentation of the draft state budget for the year 2009.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, earlier it was planned that the budget would be presented by Finance Minister Victor Pinzenyk.
Top Deputy Prime Minister Oleksander Turchynov and Deputy Prime Minister Hryhoriy Nemyrya also arrived to attend the session of parliament. At the same time, the Finance Minister is absent.
