Putin "breaking bad": claims Ukraine plotting sabotage, terrorist acts in Russia
Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that the government of Ukraine intends to disrupt the Minsk agreements, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Russia.
"We have recently seen a serious deterioration of the situation in the south-east of Ukraine. The aim of this escalation is obvious: to disrupt the Minsk agreements," Putin said at a board meeting of the Federal Security Service.
