The talks are being held on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference with the participation of Foreign Ministers of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, Russia Sergey Lavrov, Germany Sigmar Gabriel, and France Jean-Marc Ayrault, the report said.

"I do not expect any breakthrough from the talks. We have suggestions for security, and we will place greater focus on the humanitarian issue. I am going to raise the issue of a 'road map' as well," he said.
