Okhendovskiy also noted that the CEC representatives are traditionally and regularly invited to the Verkhovna Rada committees, when bills related to the organization and preparation of elections are considered.

At the moment, I can say that the CEC does not see any conditions for holding elections on the territories beyond the Ukrainian government control.
