"The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will cooperate with Canada in many aspects, including those related to cyber security. It's very important considering that Russian Federation has mounted over 7,000 cyber attacks against Ukraine in the last three years. I think such cooperation is also very important for conducting joint discussions and countering threats," Poltorak said at a media briefing in Ottawa, Canada, the statement said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine's Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak and Canadian Minister of National Defense Kharjit Singh Saijan signed a cooperation agreement on Monday, April 3, 2017.
