The solemn opening ceremony of the 4th session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 6th convocation will start at 10.00 am today.
The plenary session of the parliament will take place after that (Grushevskogo Street, 5, the session hall, an entrance for journalists through the 1st entrance), the press office of the Verkhovna Rada reports.
