President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko should deliver his annual address in the Ukrainian parliament till March 31.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn claimed this speaking at a parliament session on Thursday, commenting on the proposal of Party of Regions faction MPs to hear to Yushchenko’s address to the parliament.
V.Lytvyn stressed that the President “has time”.
At the same time, the Speaker noted that the parliament needs to prepare and receive information in advance. V.Lytvyn expressed a belief that the parliament will support “the will of the President”.
