The Presidential Secretariat does not rule out that Leonid Chernovetskiy may be dismissed from the post of the Kyiv City State Administration.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Roman Zhukovskiy, head of the main department for social-economical development at the Ukrainian Presidential Secretariat, disclosed this to journalists on Tuesday.
According to him, this variant is possible if L.Chernovetskiy will continue to make illegal decisions, including in the sphere of rising utility and housing tariffs.
R.Zhukovskiy noted that on Monday the President once again canceled a regular order of the Kyiv Mayor on rising housing and utility tariffs for enterprises, because it was illegal.
At the same time, according to him, the President made it clear that he will undertake all the necessary steps within frames of his authority to prevent the “impudent violation of the legislation by L.Chernovetskiy”.
